We collect information you provide directly to us when you contact us, request a quote, or sign up for dispatch services:

- Email address and mobile or business phone number
- Mailing and business address
- USDOT number, MC number, and other carrier authority details
- Equipment information, insurance documentation, and operating preferences
- Payment and billing information needed to invoice for our services
We also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, for security and analytics purposes.
How we use your information
- To provide dispatch services, including booking loads and coordinating with freight brokers on your behalf
- To communicate with you about loads, scheduling, rate confirmations, and account matters
- To prepare and send invoices and process payments
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations
- To improve our services and maintain the security of our systems
SMS and mobile information
King Dispatch LLC may send SMS text messages to clients and business contacts regarding load assignments, pickup and delivery scheduling, rate confirmations, status updates, and other operational matters related to our dispatch services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories mentioned in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Consent to receive text messages is obtained during onboarding, either verbally during a phone call or in writing as part of our dispatch service agreement. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

- With freight brokers and shippers — to book and coordinate loads on your behalf, as part of the dispatch service you have engaged us to perform

- For legal reasons — when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
We do not share or sell consumer personal information, including phone numbers, to third parties or affiliates for marketing or lead generation purposes.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and afterward as needed to comply with our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations or to resolve disputes.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
