1. About us

King Dispatch LLC ("King Dispatch," "we," "us," or "our") is a Delaware limited liability company providing independent truck dispatch services to owner-operators and small motor carriers in the United States.

We are a dispatch service, not a freight broker, freight forwarder, or motor carrier. We act as an agent of the carrier, coordinating loads on the carrier's behalf under the carrier's own operating authority and insurance.

2. Our services

Subject to a separate dispatch service agreement, our services may include:

• Sourcing and booking loads on your behalf
• Negotiating rates with freight brokers and shippers
• Handling carrier setup packets and rate confirmations
• Coordinating pickup and delivery scheduling
• Assisting with paperwork, documentation, and follow-up

The specific scope of services, service fees, and term are set out in the dispatch service agreement signed between King Dispatch LLC and the carrier. Where those terms conflict with this page, the signed agreement controls.

3. Carrier responsibilities

As a carrier using our services, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining active operating authority, insurance, and all required registrations
• Complying with FMCSA regulations, hours-of-service rules, and all applicable laws
• Providing accurate and current information about your equipment, authority, and availability
• Safe and timely transport of freight you accept
• All decisions regarding whether to accept any load we present

You retain full control over your operations. We present opportunities; you decide what to accept.

4. Fees and payment

Service fees are set out in your signed dispatch service agreement. Invoices are due according to the terms stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.

6. Website use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it or any system connected to it. Content on this site is provided for general information and may change without notice.

7. Intellectual property

The King Dispatch name, logo, website content, and materials are the property of King Dispatch LLC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. No guarantee of results

Freight markets fluctuate. We do not guarantee any specific volume of loads, rate levels, revenue, or results. Rates and load availability depend on market conditions outside our control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, King Dispatch LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost revenue, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of brokers, shippers, receivers, or other third parties, nor for cargo loss or damage, which remains the responsibility of the carrier and its insurers.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship according to the notice terms in the signed dispatch service agreement. We may suspend or terminate services immediately for non-payment, loss of operating authority or insurance, or violation of these terms or applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
